In November 2020, when London was again put into another lockdown due to the COVID 19 pandemic, we decided to put together a short film we hoped could express what many had thought and at times felt during the past several months of complete isolation. We used the constraints of the UK government’s lockdown rules to craft a simple "day in the life” of someone struggling with being alone, where we could explore the experiences of one character as she navigates her way through her solitude, routine, the passage of time and her mental health.
